Free Level 2 Customer Service Course. Work-based training at your workplace. You learn while you work, applying your skills directly in your customer-facing role. The course takes around 12 months to complete. It covers how to deliver excellent service, handle customer needs, and improve service quality over time. There are no specific entry requirements. This free customer service course for adults is open to anyone in a customer service role, whether that is your job title or a core part of what you do.

You may also complete written questions or professional discussions with your assessor. Your assessor will visit you at work to observe you in your role and review your evidence.
