About this course
Free Level 3 Customer Service Course. Work-based training at your workplace. You study while working in a customer-facing role, applying your learning directly on the job. This free customer service course is designed for people whose role involves delivering excellent service to customers, whether that's a dedicated customer service job title or a role where customer service is central to what you do. It is recommended that you have completed a Level 2 programme before starting. The course runs over 18 months.
Who this course is for
The aim of this qualification is to recognise learners' achievements within the customer service environment. It is also for learners whose job role requires them to deliver continually improving service to customers. These learners may be in roles that carry a customer service specific job title, or their primary responsibility is to deliver excellent service to customers.

It is recommended that the learner has completed a level 2 programme prior to commencement of a level 3 qualification

Assessment is competence-based, meaning you are assessed on what you actually do in your job role. You may also complete written tasks or professional discussions with an assessor who will visit you at work.
