Entry requirements

There are no entry requirements, but we ask all learners to complete an initial and diagnostic assessment before the course starts so we can enrol you on the right level.

  • You'll write simple sentences clearly and accurately.
  • You'll use correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar at Entry Level 2.
  • You'll listen and respond in straightforward conversations.

  • You'll develop English skills useful for work, everyday situations, and further learning.

How you will learn

You'll learn in a classroom with a tutor and other learners. Sessions are part-time and run during the day. Assessment is through tasks and activities that reflect everyday English use. You'll be assessed on reading, writing, speaking, and listening. There are no formal exams at this level.
