About this course

Level 2 Personal Exercise, Health and Nutrition Course. Study online at your own pace over 24 weeks. This personal exercise, health and nutrition qualification is delivered entirely through an e-learning platform, so you can fit your studies around work, family, or other commitments. A fee of £165 applies, with concessions available. You'll build knowledge of how diet, exercise, and nutrition affect long-term health, and learn how to plan and follow an appropriate exercise routine.
