About this course

Level 2 Diploma Customer Service Course. Work-based training at your workplace. You study while you're already in a customer-facing role, applying what you learn directly to your job. The course runs over 12 to 14 months, with tutor support built around your working schedule. You'll cover core topics like delivering customer service, understanding customers, and managing your own performance. You also choose optional units that fit your specific role. Employment in a suitable customer service environment is required to enrol.
