The course covers the technical knowledge and behavioural skills needed to perform confidently in customer-facing work. It takes 12 months to complete. The cost can be paid in monthly instalments. You'll finish with a Pearson Edexcel BTEC Diploma for Customer Service Practitioners, a level 2 customer service qualification built around current employer standards.
