Level 2 Customer Service Course. Study online, at your own pace, using an e-learning package you can access on a PC, laptop, or tablet. The course takes around 6 months to complete, though you may finish sooner depending on how much time you can give to study. You'll build the knowledge needed for customer-facing roles in the service sector. You need good IT skills and a reliable internet connection to take part. You will need good IT skills and access to a computer, laptop or tablet with regular and reliable internet connection. This can be at home, at work, or in a library.
