You study while working in a supervisory or management role in hospitality, building on existing industry experience. The course covers supervising teams, managing resources, and leading service across hospitality settings. It typically takes 12 months to complete. Who this course is for
This course is for you if you want to pursue a supervisory or management career within the hospitality industry. This level will suit you if you already have some experience within any area of the hospitality industry and currently supervise others or manage resources. It is also suitable for you if you are move on from a hospitality and catering apprenticeship or level 2 course.

What you will learn

How you will learn
This is a work-based qualification. You build your evidence portfolio through your day-to-day role, demonstrating competence on the job. Assessment includes observation in the workplace, professional discussion with your assessor, and a portfolio of work evidence. Your assessor will visit you at work to observe and review your practice throughout the 12 months.
