How you will learn

You learn through your day-to-day work in a front of house role. Assessment is work-based, using observation of your practice, professional discussions, and a portfolio of evidence gathered on the job. An assessor will visit your workplace to observe you and review your progress. You build your evidence over the 12 months of the course.
