Free Level 2 Retail Operations Course. Study online at your own pace, so you can fit learning around work, family, or other commitments. The course takes around 3 months to complete. You'll build knowledge of how retail businesses run, covering areas such as customer service, stock handling, and store operations. To enrol, you need to be aged 19 or over and live in the North Yorkshire or Tees Valley area. You'll also need the right to live and work in the UK and to have lived in the UK or EU continuously for the three years before you start.

What you will learn

How you will learn
You study entirely online, working through course materials in your own time. Assessment is through written assignments and knowledge-based tasks that you complete and submit online. There are no exams. Your work is assessed against the qualification standards set by TQUK.
