Free Level 2 Customer Service Course. Study online at your own pace, so you can fit learning around work, family, or other commitments. The course takes around 3 months to complete. You'll build the knowledge employers look for in customer-facing roles, covering topics such as communication, handling complaints, and understanding customer needs. To enrol, you must be aged 19 or over, live in the North Yorkshire or Tees Valley area, have the right to live and work in the UK, and have lived in the UK or EU continuously for the three years before you start. You'll finish with a TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service.

How you will learn
You'll study online, working through course materials at your own pace. Assessment is through written assignments and knowledge-based tasks completed online. There are no exams. You submit your work digitally, and an assessor reviews it against the qualification standards set by TQUK.
