About this course

Free Level 2 Customer Service Course. Study online, at your own pace, without attending a centre. You need to be 19 or older on 31 August in the year you start, eligible to study in the UK, and have access to a laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection. The course takes around 12 weeks and covers the principles of customer service, understanding customers, and how organisations work. It suits anyone who needs flexibility in when and where they study.

Entry requirements

You will need to be:

aged 19 or older on 31 August in the year you wish to study be eligible to study in the UK, with 'in-date' evidence that shows that you will be resident in the UK for the duration of the course and not currently studying an apprenticeship programme

You will also need access to a computer (laptop or desktop), and a stable internet connection, to access our interactive online learning platform.

How you will learn

You study through an interactive online learning platform, working through the course material at times that suit you. Assessment is based on successful completion of the online course content. On completing the course, you are awarded the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service (VRQ). No classroom attendance is required.
