Free Level 2 Customer Service Course. Study online, at your own pace, over 35 weeks. You can fit your learning around work, family, or other commitments without travelling to a centre. This free customer service course covers how to handle customer issues professionally, understand what good service looks like, and why it matters to any business. You'll study for a nationally recognised level 2 customer service qualification delivered by Telford College Wellington. To enrol, you must be aged 19 or over as of 31 August 2025, resident in England, and have lived in the EU for the last three years.
Who this course is for
To have a truly successful business, you need to provide good customer service. It is believed that 96 of unhappy customers don’t ever complain; but 91 of those simply leave and never come back. The main reason for customer churn is not price but bad customer service. We will explain how to handle issues in a professional and courteous manner, and why it is an essential day-to-day task.
