Who this course is for

In order to have a truly successful business, you need to provide good customer service. It is believed that 96% of unhappy customers don't ever complain; however, 91% of those simply leave and never come back. The main reason for customer dissatisfaction is not price, as commonly believed; consumer polls indicate that poor customer service is without doubt the leading reason which leads to lost business. Handling enquiries and providing information in a professional and courteous manner is an essential day-to-day activity for most businesses.

This course is ideal for people who like to learn independently without coming into college. The online portfolio of resources and assessment questions means that you can organise your study to be at a time/day to suit and from a location which is convenient.
