Who this course is for

In order to have a truly successful business, you need to provide good customer service. It is believed that 96 percent of unhappy customers don’t ever complain; however, 91 percent of those simply leave and never come back. The main reason for customer churn is not price but bad customer service. Handling a business’s issues in a professional and courteous manner is an essential day-to-day task. Our Enrolment Process is complete online and you will be assisted every step of the way by one of our team members. If you require any further information, please call James Sewell on direct line 01202 205800 or email on [email protected] What our learners say: 5 Star Rating Feedback: "I enjoyed learning about the differing ways you could give feedback to customers both internal and external. I have taken away a lot of new knowledge and can incorporate them into my everyday life which will help my work to improve and to reach my goals. I am now confident with how to speak with others and which techniques to use." - Emma 5 Star Rating Feedback: "I enjoyed learning about the differing ways you could give feedback to customers both internal and external. The course gave me many ideas of how to effective provide feedback to staff, customers, colleagues. I have had an excellent assessor, I have done four online courses with the College.
