About this course

Free Level 1 Digital Contact Centre Operations Course. Study online. This two-week course fits around your life and requires no travel to a centre. It covers the skills needed to work in a call centre or to support customers remotely from home. You'll learn how to handle customer queries and manage accounts in a digital contact centre environment. To be eligible, you need to be aged 19 or over, receiving unemployment-related benefits or on a low wage, and a UK or EU resident for the last three years. Valid ID is also required.

How you will learn
