Free Level 1 Customer Service Course in Northallerton. Evening customer service classes run at Richmond Adult Learning and Skills Service, part-time and classroom based. This is a free customer service course for adults aged 19 or over who meet the funding eligibility criteria. The course runs over 4 hours in total. You'll build your understanding of how to listen to customers and solve their problems, supporting the work you already do or want to do. This level 1 customer service qualification is awarded by City and Guilds.

Entry requirements
To be eligible for funding for courses you must be over 19 years of age as at 31st August in the current academic year and not be an apprentice,further eligibility may be linked to where you live and your individual income.
