This course is ideal if you’re a department head, operations manager, project manager or experienced middle manager who wants comprehensive, recognised operational leadership skills. It’s designed for people ready to deepen their ability to lead people, drive improvement, manage resources and work effectively with stakeholders. The Diploma offers greater depth and flexibility than the Award or Certificate, while still fitting around a busy working life, and provides a strong foundation for progression to Level 6 study.
Entry requirements
There are no formal entry requirements. The course is open to anyone aged 16 or over who has the opportunity to gather workplace evidence. VQ Solutions will confirm you’re in a suitable role (or realistic working environment) so you can successfully complete the portfolio.
