About this course

ILM Level 3 Leadership and Management Training. Work-based training at your workplace. You study while working in your role, building a portfolio of evidence from your day-to-day responsibilities. The course costs £1,599 including VAT, which covers all learning materials, assessments, and access to the Leader Study Pro platform.

The course covers people leadership, team management, communication, problem-solving, and performance management. It takes around 18 months to complete and involves around 1,010 hours of total study time. There are no formal entry requirements, though you'll need to be in a suitable role to gather workplace evidence.

You'll finish with the City and Guilds Extended Diploma in Leadership and Management Skills at Level 3.
