About this course

Level 3 TAQA Assessor Training. Study online at your own pace, from anywhere in the UK. This level 3 taqa assessor training course covers the principles and practices of assessment. It suits people starting out as assessors, as well as managers, HR professionals, and quality assurance staff who need to understand assessment practice. You study online with tutor support and complete the course in around 2 months. You'll need to be working in a learning or training role, and have occupational competence in the area you assess. City and Guilds registration and exam fees of £43 apply.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements but a basic competency in English and maths will be necessary and it is expected that all assessors and quality assurance individuals have occupational competence in the areas that they are assessing in.

You will also need to be working in an accredited, or non-accredited learning role.
