Level 2 Food and Beverage Service Course in Altrincham. Classes run full-time during the day at Trafford & Stockport College Altrincham Campus. This two-year food and beverage service qualification covers the practical skills and knowledge needed to work in restaurants, hotels, and hospitality venues. You'll need a Level 1 Hospitality qualification and four GCSEs at grade 3 or above, including English and maths, to apply. The course is delivered by City and Guilds.

How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom-based sessions and practical activities. Assessment for the NVQ Diploma combines observation of your practical performance, written assignments, and knowledge tests. Your assessor will observe you carrying out service tasks and check that you meet the required standards throughout the course.
