How you will learn
All evidence and assessments are managed through an e-portfolio system called Learning Assistant. An assessor will observe you carrying out your normal work activities on site. Assessment methods include observations, witness testimonies, professional discussions, photographic evidence, site documentation, and knowledge questions. Competence must be demonstrated in a real work environment. Workplace evidence cannot be simulated. Your assessor works with you throughout to confirm you have met the requirements of each unit.
