Free Level 2 Dry Lining Fixing Course. Work-based training at your workplace. You train while you work, building on the dry lining skills you already use on site every day. The course takes around 9 months to complete. You must already be working in the construction industry as a dry liner and be aged 19 or over.

This course is for experienced dry liners, seeking to build on their knowledge and develop their skills. The qualification is ideal for those looking for progression opportunities, as it allows learners to branch to higher level courses, including supervisory and management qualifications.
Entry requirements
Candidates must already be working in the construction industry as a Dry Liner. Candidates must also be over the age of 19 as of August this 2020.
What you will learn
You'll demonstrate competent dry lining fixing techniques to current industry standards.

How you will learn
All assessment is carried out in your workplace. You cannot simulate evidence on this qualification. An assessor will observe you working and confirm you meet industry standards. Assessment methods include observations, professional discussions, witness testimonies, photographic evidence, site evidence, and knowledge questions. Evidence is managed through the Learning Assistant e-portfolio system, which both you and your assessor use to collate and submit your work.
