Level 2 Joinery Course. Work-based training at your workplace. You train while you work, building advanced joinery skills on the job over two years. The course covers woodcutting machines, portable power tools, and making joinery products including frames, cabinets, windows, doors, and stairs. You must be employed in the industry to enrol. If you are 16 to 18 years old, the course may be free. If you are 19 or over, fees may apply, paid by you or your employer. You'll complete study packs, practical pieces, and a portfolio of work-based evidence.
