Free Level 2 End-point Assessment for ST0072 Customer Service Practitioner Course in Coventry. Classes run at Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber Training, full-time during the day. This is the end-point assessment component of the Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard. You'll develop skills in delivering high-quality service across face-to-face, digital, and outreach settings. Who this course is for
The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation. Your core responsibility will be to provide a high quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality. These may be one-off or routine contacts and include dealing with orders, payments, offering advice, guidance and support, meet-and-greet, sales, fixing problems, after care, service recovery or gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction. You may be the first point of contact and work in any sector or organisation type.

There are no specific entry requirements, although those with grade 4/C or above in either maths and English is desirable.

How you will learn

It tests the knowledge, skills, and behaviours set out in the ST0072 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard. Assessment methods are determined by the standard and carried out at the end of the apprenticeship programme.
