Free Level 2 Customer Service Course. Study online, at your own pace, without travelling to a centre. This free customer service course is open to adults aged 19 or over who have lived in the UK for three or more years. You study over around six months, fitting learning around your other commitments. The course covers the principles of customer service, including how to meet customer needs, handle complaints, and communicate effectively. You'll finish with a TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service.
