Free Level 2 Customer Service Course in Salford. Classes run at Salford Skills Centre, full-time during the day. The course is free if you are 16 to 18 years old. Over 20 weeks, you will cover the fundamentals of good customer service, including meeting customer needs, delivering great customer experiences, and handling feedback.
