Free Level 2 Business Administration Course. Study online. You can work through the course at your own pace, which makes it easier to fit around work, family, or other commitments. Over 20 weeks, you'll develop practical office skills including communication, IT, customer service, and document handling. This free business administration course for adults is open to those aged 19 and over. You'll need English at Level 1 (Functional Skills, GCSE, ESOL or equivalent) and basic IT skills to join. A short assessment at enrolment confirms you're at the right level.
