About this course

Free Level 1 Business and Administration Course. Study online at your own pace, fitting learning around your other commitments. The course runs over 12 weeks.

You'll cover the basics of working in an office environment. Topics include business communication, handling documents and records, time management, and organisational skills. You'll also build practical IT and customer service skills that employers look for. Entry requirements include Level 1 English (Functional Skills, GCSE, ESOL, or equivalent) and basic IT skills.

You'll finish with a City and Guilds Level 1 Certificate in Business and Administration.
