About this course

Free Level 1 Customer Service Course. Study online at your own pace. This short course takes around 4 hours to complete, so it fits easily around work or other commitments. You'll build your knowledge of listening to customers and solving problems. The course covers the core skills that support a customer-facing role. It's a free customer service course for adults aged 19 or over who meet the funding eligibility criteria.

Entry requirements

To be eligible for funding for courses you must be over 19 years of age as at 31st August in the current academic year and not be an apprentice,further eligibility may be linked to where you live and your individual income.
