Free Level 1 Customer Service Course in Liverpool. Classes run at Greenbank College, full-time during the day. This free customer service course is open to people aged 16 to 18 years old, or up to 24 years old for those with an Education, Health and Care Plan. You'll need an English and maths qualification at Entry Level 3, plus a completed Entry Level 3 in customer service or a suitable alternative.
