Level 1 Culinary Skills Course in Leeds. Classes run at Leeds City College Printworks Campus, full-time during the day. The course runs for one year. It is free if you are 16 to 18 years old. If you are 19 or over, fees may apply, though a Learner Loan may be available. You will build practical cooking and kitchen skills through hands-on training in catering facilities. Entry requirements
A strong interest in food and/or customer service is essential. A good understanding of written and spoken English is required. You will also need to be under 18 years of age. Grade 2 in Maths and English
