
This course is aimed at learners who want to pursue a career in customer service. Through a combination of face-to-face taughts lessons and a work experience placement, learners are able to develop key skills, knowledge and behaviours required to become a successful customer service assistant, and then apply these in a real life working environment.
Learners will also recieve career information advice and guidance informing them about careers available in the industry. This will include attending employer talks and visiting workplaces for taster days.

What you could study next
After completing your Level 2 Customer Service Qualification, you could move on to a Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service to develop supervisory and management skills. A Level 3 Business Administration Diploma is another option if you want to broaden into office and operations roles. Some learners go on to an apprenticeship in customer service or team leading, combining work with further study.
