How you will learn
This is a work-based qualification, so your learning happens in your job role. You'll build a portfolio of evidence drawn from your day-to-day work, showing how you meet the requirements of the NVQ Diploma. Assessment is carried out by a qualified assessor who will observe you at work and review your evidence portfolio. You may also complete written questions or professional discussions to demonstrate your knowledge.
