Free Entry Level 3 Business and Retail Course in Watford. Classes run full-time during the day at TCHC Watford GAPS Centre. The course runs for 60 hours and covers the core skills needed to work in business and retail environments. You will study customer service, stock handling, health and safety, communication, and how teams work together in a retail business. You will also develop skills in creating business documents and handling telephone calls. Alongside the main qualification, the course includes Functional Skills English and Maths at Level 1.
