About this course

Level 3 Team Leader/ Supervisor Course. Work-based training at your workplace. You study while working in a supervisory or team leader role, applying your learning directly on the job. The course covers managing a team, staff performance, delegation, and conflict resolution. You also develop your understanding of workplace policies, expected standards, and leadership behaviours. The course runs over 12 months. Your employer contributes 5% of the course cost. This level 3 team leader/ supervisor qualification is awarded by TQUK.

Entry requirements

The entry requirement for this apprenticeship will be decided by each employer, but may typically be five GCSEs at Grade C or higher.

Assessment is ongoing and work-based, drawing on real tasks and responsibilities in your role. Your employer is involved throughout, and the programme is structured to meet both your needs and theirs.
