About this course

Level 3 Leadership and Management Course. Study online at your own pace, with tutor support available throughout. The course takes 12 months to complete. Awarding Body fees apply, currently £122 for the ILM award.

The course covers team leadership, communication, performance management, and handling workplace challenges. You'll also explore how to motivate teams, manage conflict, and build stronger working relationships. There are no formal academic entry requirements. You'll have a pre-course discussion with a tutor to confirm the course suits your situation.

You'll finish with a City and Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management.

Who this course is for

Awarded by the ILM, this qualification is ideal if you are either in your first management role, or are looking to gain a qualification in order to progress into such a role.

The course will cover a range of key management skills and leadership styles, giving you the confidence to lead a team through the spectrum of management challenges. You will learn how to motivate and engage teams, deal with stress and conflict, confidently manage relationships - and much more!

Entry requirements

There are no formal academic entry requirements to undertake this qualification; we welcome applications from both those who are working in a supervisory/leadership role and those who are looking to gain this qualification to progress into such a role.
