Who this course is for

A practical course for anyone interested in how sports massage can benefit a range of clients, both physically and psychologically. You must have an interest in sport and a knowledge of anatomy and physiology would be an advantage; however, no previous massage qualifications or experiences are needed. Each three-hour session covers the theory of massage techniques and anatomy taught in an interesting and hands-on way, giving the learner the necessary understanding for working on the human body. Sports massage is not just for the athlete, so if you are wanting to learn deep tissue techniques to help improve a client’s flexibility, help with postural imbalance or work-related aches and pains, this course is perfect for you.
