This course is designed for individuals with experience in customer service who are looking to take on more responsibility and handle complex customer interactions. It is suitable for those working in roles such as senior customer service advisor, team leader, or specialist support roles.
Learners will develop advanced skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and delivering high-quality customer service, as well as supporting and improving service within their organisation
Applicants should be employed in a customer service role with responsibilities that include handling more complex customer interactions or supporting service improvements. Previous experience in customer service is required.
GCSE English and Maths at Grade 2/3 or above (or equivalent) are preferred, or learners must be willing to work towards these alongside the apprenticeship. Employer support is required.
