This course is suitable for individuals who are starting a career in customer service or are currently working in a customer-facing role. It is ideal for those who interact with customers on a daily basis and want to develop the skills and confidence to deliver excellent service.
Learners will gain the knowledge and behaviours needed to communicate effectively, handle customer queries, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Applicants should be employed in a customer service role where they regularly interact with customers. No formal qualifications are required, although basic communication and IT skills are beneficial.
GCSE English and Maths at Grade 2/3 or above (or equivalent) are preferred, or learners must be willing to work towards these alongside the apprenticeship. Employer support is required.
