As a Customer Service Practitioner, you will aim to deliver high quality products and services to the customers of an organisation. These may be one-off or routine contacts and include dealing with orders, payments, sales or offering advice, guidance and support.
Entry requirements
To join you'll need to be seeking or already in employment. You must already have or expect to achieve ?grades C or above in Maths and English. Some employers may require you sit an aptitude test as well as an interview and be capable of ultimately learning higher level skills.
