Free Level 2 Travel and Tourism Course in Chelmsford. Classes run full-time at Chelmsford College Moulsham, five days a week during the day. The course takes one year and covers the core knowledge and skills the travel and tourism industry needs, from customer service and package holidays to airport operations and UK visitor attractions. You'll also complete a minimum of 30 hours of work experience with an industry employer, plus visits to airports and attractions. To join, you'll need two GCSEs at grades 3 to 9 or a Level 1 vocational qualification.
