Free Level 2 Information, Advice or Guidance Course. Study online at your own pace, fitting learning around your work and other commitments. This free information, advice or guidance course covers how to share information clearly, accurately, and within legal and professional boundaries. You'll explore the core principles of effective information sharing and how they apply in a workplace setting. The course takes around 114 hours in total. You must be 19 or over at the start of the academic year and have been resident in the EU for three or more years to enrol.

Who this course is for

Offering clear and accurate information, advice, or guidance and knowing what can be shared legally and professionally can greatly improve outcomes for a business. There are some fundamental rules for successful information sharing and ensuring staff are aware of these is key.

Entry requirements

You must be 19+ at the beginning of the academic year to enrol on this course and be a resident within the EU for 3 years+.

What you will learn

How you will learn

You'll study entirely online, working through course materials at your own pace. Assessment is based on written assignments and portfolio evidence that you build up as you progress through the course. There are no exams. You submit your work online, and it is assessed against the requirements of the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Information, Advice or Guidance.
