Free Level 2 Information, Advice or Guidance Course in Northallerton. Classes run at Skipton Adult Learning & Skills Service on weekday evenings, so you can fit study around your existing commitments. This free information, advice or guidance course for adults is designed to deepen your knowledge and strengthen the skills you already use in a guidance or support role. Each session runs for 4 hours. You'll cover the principles and practice of delivering information, advice, and guidance to clients.

This qualification is aimed at learners who are looking to expand their knowledge in this area as an addional qualification to support their role.
Entry requirements
To be eligible for funding for courses you must be over 19 years of age as at 31st August in the current academic year and not be an apprentice,further eligibility may be linked to where you live and your individual income.

You'll gather evidence to demonstrate your knowledge and competence across the qualification's units.
