Free Level 2 Information, Advice or Guidance Course in Northallerton. Evening classes run at Richmond Adult Learning and Skills Service, part-time to fit around your existing commitments. This free information, advice or guidance course for adults is designed to build on knowledge you already use in a supporting or advisory role. Sessions run for around 4 hours. You'll cover the principles and practice of giving information, advice, and guidance to others. The TQUK Level 2 information, advice or guidance qualification is recognised by employers in advice, support, and community-facing roles.

Entry requirements
To be eligible for funding for courses you must be over 19 years of age as at 31st August in the current academic year and not be an apprentice,further eligibility may be linked to where you live and your individual income.

How you will learn
Classes are delivered in a classroom setting at Richmond Adult Learning and Skills Service. You'll learn through tutor-led sessions, group discussion, and practical activities. Assessment is through written assignments and portfolio evidence that you build up during the course. There are no formal exams.
