Entry requirements
To be eligible for funding for courses you must be over 19 years of age as at 31st August in the current academic year and not be an apprentice,further eligibility may be linked to where you live and your individual income.

How you will learn
You'll attend classroom-based sessions at Catterick Library & Information Centre. Learning is delivered part-time during the day over 6 months. Assessment is through written assignments and portfolio evidence drawn from your work or placement experience. You'll be assessed on your understanding of guidance practice and your ability to apply it in real situations.

The centre will provide most materials. Catterick Library & Information Centre will confirm anything else you need before you start.
