Level 2 Information, Advice or Guidance Course. Study online. The course is funded by the provider for all learners, regardless of age. You study at your own pace, so it fits around work, family, or other commitments. Over 12 weeks, you'll build the knowledge and skills needed to give information, advice, or guidance effectively. The content applies across many sectors, so what you learn transfers to your own work setting. You'll need to be at least 16 years old to enrol.
Who this course is for
This course is suitable for anyone working in, or looking to work in, a role which involves giving information, advice or guidance. The knowledge gained by carrying out this qualification is transferable across a wide range of sectors, allowing you to apply it to your own employment context. The minimum age requirement is 16 years old.

How you will learn
You study entirely online, working through course materials at your own pace. Assessment is through written assignments and knowledge-based tasks that you complete and submit online. There are no exams. Your work is assessed against the qualification standards set by TQUK.
