Free Level 2 Information, Advice or Guidance Course. Study online at your own pace, so you can fit learning around your other commitments. Who this course is for

Employers are often interested in candidates who can demonstrate an understanding of the importance of interacting appropriately with customers, clients and colleagues. Studying this course will provide an in-depth understanding of the key areas associated with giving effective IAG. Knowledge and skills learnt will include signposting, referrals, record keeping, confidentiality and communication/listening techniques.

Entry requirements

To enrol on one of our fantastic courses you will need to be able to access a laptop or PC with internet access. Courses are fully funded subject to learner eligibility although you must complete an English initial assessment to ensure this type of delivery is the right one for you. Please note that you will be liable for a GBP100 administration fee should you choose to not complete your qualification upon allocation of your tutor.

How you will learn

You study entirely online, working through course materials at your own pace with tutor support. Assessment is based on written assignments and knowledge tasks completed online. You'll need to finish an English initial assessment before your learning plan is confirmed. All study and assessment takes place remotely, so you do not need to attend a physical centre.
