Free Level 2 Adult Social Care Course. Study online. You can start at any time and work through the course at your own pace, making it easy to fit around existing commitments. Over 16 weeks, you'll cover communication in care settings, personal development, diversity and inclusion, and the principles that underpin good adult social care practice. An initial assessment takes place before enrolment to confirm this is the right level for you. You must be aged 19 or over.

This course prepares you for any role within adult social care, in order to ensure the needs of vulnerable people continue to be met.

There are no formal entry requirements but you must be aged 19+.

How you will learn
The course is delivered entirely online. You work through nine units covering key principles of adult social care. Assessment is based on the work you complete for each unit. Before you start, you'll complete an initial assessment so the course can be matched to the right level for you.
