About this course

Free Functional Skills Maths Level 2 Qualification. Study online. You can work through the course at your own pace, fitting study around your other commitments. The course covers numbers, fractions, percentages, measures, shapes, and data handling, building the maths skills employers and colleges ask for. It typically takes 16 weeks. Note: the final exam is face-to-face, so you'll need to attend a centre in person at the end. You'll start with an initial assessment to confirm the right level for you. A level 2 functional skills maths course like this is the recognised GCSE maths equivalent.

Who this course is for

We teach functional maths skills for vocational learners at all Entry Levels, and Level 1 and 2. Courses are tied to the functional skills syllabus and address the key numerical skills needed for daily life including: Numbers and number systems, Shape, space and measure and Handling data.

Courses are delivered online, however at the end of the programme, learners are required to attend a face-to-face exam at ELATT.
